Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep

Here's my 4:49am spin on the classic children's poem:

Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray the Lord my soul to keep
If I should sleep before AM
Lord knows I'll be thanking Him.

This is the second straight day that I've stayed up ALL night. Not because I wanted to, but rather because thanks to Prednisone a ten-to-twenty minute power nap can carry me about three days.

But I won't complain. I've been tested and tried, and know with certainty that God's Word is true. That all things truly do work together for good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose.

So I DO thank God. I thank Him for turning my sleepless nights into very productive days.
